For my poster with a cause I chose COVID-19 as my topic because it's very relevant in today's society. In researching this topic I learned that masks are able to block upwards of 80% of all respiratory droplets. I think my poster will help inform others because it could potentially bring a stop to COVID-19.

For my poster design I used Fira Sans Extra font in Black Italic for my title text and Fira Sans Compress in SemiBold Italic font for my informational text. My color scheme is grey, black, and red. My photography includes a picture of masks and germs to add some contrasting shapes. I decided the mask was the image to promote my cause because it is the object that I am trying to convince people to use.

The process of making my poster included using the text and layer mask features of Photopea. I found this process to be both easy and hard just because erasing the parts of the images that I didn't want to be seen was very tedious and time-consuming, but still not a hard task to complete. Overall I think my poster was a success because I was able to get my message across and was able to make the poster look nice and not be so crowded.
